Terms & Conditions
Updated October 8, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C” or “Agreement”) govern participation in The Royal Spinners Streamer Programme (the “Programme”), operated by Funstage GmbH, registered at Wiedner Hauptstraße 94, 1050 Vienna, Austria, under company registration number 258215d (the “Company” or “Funstage”). By enrolling in the Programme, you (“Streamer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Content Guidelines, as updated from time to time, form part of this Agreement and are incorporated by reference.
1. Programme Overview
The Royal Spinners Streamer Programme is designed to reward Streamers for content creation, audience engagement, and promotion of Slotpark and Gaminator on approved streaming platforms. All games promoted under this Programme are social casino products using virtual currency for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered and there are no real cash prizes. Participation in the Programme does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the Streamer and the Company. Streamers participate as independent contractors and are free to enter into agreements with other brands and platforms, subject to the platform exclusivity provisions set out in Section 5.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, Streamers must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher.
- Be resident in Germany, Hungary, or the Czech Republic. Streamers must confirm their country of residence at onboarding and notify the Company immediately if they relocate outside these jurisdictions during the Programme. The Company may approve participation from streamers resident in additional jurisdictions in writing, subject to completion of a market-specific compliance review.
- Hold a valid, active account in good standing on Twitch, YouTube, or both.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies in their country of residence and any country in which their content is accessible.
- Not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent participation in or promotion of social casino entertainment content.
The Company reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
3. Programme Participation
3.1 Streamer obligations
Streamers must:
- Comply with the Content Guidelines as published and updated by the Company from time to time.
- Clearly disclose participation in the Programme and any commercial relationship with the Company in accordance with the advertising disclosure requirements set out in Section 6.
- Promote Slotpark and Gaminator as entertainment products only. No misleading claims about earnings, outcomes, or the value of virtual currency are permitted.
- Actively moderate their streaming communities and maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Comply with all platform-specific content classification, age restriction, and labelling requirements as set out in this Agreement.
- Submit evidence of compliance with platform settings and disclosure requirements prior to going live for the first time, as set out in Section 10.
3.2 Prohibited conduct
Streamers must not:
- Use cheating software, unauthorised modifications, or otherwise violate the terms of service of Slotpark, Gaminator, or any streaming platform.
- Artificially inflate views, engagement metrics, or referrals through bots, automation, or coordinated manipulation.
- Present pre-recorded content as live gameplay, or rebroadcast old streams as new live content.
- Remain on non-gameplay or lobby screens for extended periods for the purpose of manipulating metrics or reward eligibility.
- Accept donations, sponsorships, or any other form of compensation from third parties in connection with Royal Spinners programme content without prior written approval from the Company.
- Monetise Royal Spinners programme content through platform monetisation tools (such as Twitch subscriptions, YouTube Super Chats, or equivalent features) without prior written approval from the Company;
- Use commercial music or any third-party copyrighted audio content during Royal Spinners programme streams without holding the appropriate licence or written authorisation from the rights holder. Streamers are responsible for ensuring all audio content used during programme streams is either royalty-free, properly licensed, or falls within the streaming licence granted by the relevant platform. Copyright claims, DMCA takedowns, or content removals arising from unauthorised use of music are the sole responsibility of the Streamer and do not constitute grounds for reward forfeiture by the Company.
- Artificially inflate referral counts or manipulate referral reward eligibility through coordinated sign-ups, duplicate account registrations, self-referrals, or any other means designed to generate qualifying referrals that do not represent genuine new users. The Company reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards where manipulation is suspected and to remove the Streamer from the Programme where deliberate referral fraud is identified.
The Company may audit participation data at any time to ensure compliance and may withhold rewards in cases of suspected breach or abuse.
4. Rewards and Compensation
Rewards under the Programme will be exclusively in the form of virtual in-game currency and items as specified by the Company. Rewards are subject to the following conditions:
- All rewards are non-transferable and have no real-money value. Virtual currency can only be used for gameplay within the Slotpark or Gaminator platforms and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to third parties, or used to purchase any goods or services outside the platforms.
- Eligibility for rewards requires compliance with these Terms and the Content Guidelines throughout the relevant reward period.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or revoke rewards at any time, including in cases of policy violations, suspected abuse, or where required by changes in the applicable legal or regulatory framework.
- Participation in the Programme does not guarantee any specific level of rewards or compensation.
- Streamers are solely responsible for any tax reporting obligations arising in their jurisdiction in connection with Programme participation. The Company makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of rewards in any jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Licensing
5.1 Streamer ownership
Streamers retain full ownership of all content they create in connection with the Programme.
5.2 Licence grant to the Company
By participating in the Programme, Streamers grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display clips, highlights, and promotional content created under the Programme for the Company’s own marketing and promotional purposes. This licence does not restrict Streamers from using their own content on Twitch and YouTube in accordance with those platforms’ terms of service.
5.3 Platform exclusivity
All Royal Spinners programme content must be streamed and published exclusively on Twitch and YouTube. Streamers may share links to their Twitch or YouTube streams on other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or X for the purpose of directing audiences to the stream. Any such sharing is done entirely at the Streamer’s own responsibility. The Streamer is solely responsible for ensuring that any cross-platform activity complies with all applicable laws and platform policies, including advertising disclosure obligations in the relevant jurisdiction. The Company accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Streamer’s decision to share links or promotional material on platforms outside Twitch and YouTube. The exclusivity obligation in this clause applies to Royal Spinners branded content only and does not restrict Streamers from producing unrelated content on any platform.
5.4 Company branding
Streamers may only use Royal Spinners, Slotpark, and Gaminator brand assets that have been approved and provided by the Company. Streamers must not alter approved logos or brand assets, and must not imply any employment relationship with or ownership interest in the Company.
6. Advertising Disclosure Requirements
Streamers are required to comply with the following disclosure requirements in respect of every stream produced under the Programme. These requirements apply in addition to any obligations imposed by applicable law, including §5a UWG in Germany and equivalent provisions in other applicable jurisdictions. All disclosures must be made in the primary language of the Streamer and their audience. English-language terms such as ‘ad’ or ‘sponsored by’ are not sufficient where the stream is directed at a non-English-speaking audience. Where a stream is conducted in English but directed at or accessible to audiences in Germany, Hungary, or the Czech Republic, all disclosures — including the opening card, persistent overlay, stream title, and description — must be presented bilingually in both English and the relevant local language. For German audiences: ‘Werbung / Advertisement’. For Hungarian audiences: ‘Hirdetés / Advertisement’. For Czech audiences: ‘Reklama / Advertisement’. A stream conducted in English without bilingual disclosures does not satisfy the disclosure obligations under this Agreement:
- That the stream constitutes advertising and is a paid partnership with Funstage GmbH (Slotpark / Gaminator).
- Slotpark and Gaminator are social casino games using virtual currency for entertainment only.
- That the content is suitable for ages 18 and above only
- That there is no real money wagered and that no cash or real money prizes can be won.
6.1 Opening disclosure card
Every stream must begin with a static disclosure card displayed for a minimum of five seconds before gameplay commences. The card must be clearly legible and must display, as a prominent standalone element, a label identifying the content as advertising together with the required age restriction, product, and entertainment-only notices. The exact approved wording, format, and language requirements for each market are set out in the Streamer Setup Guide provided to each participant at onboarding.
6.2 Persistent on-screen overlay
A persistent overlay (legal disclaimer) must be displayed throughout the entire duration of the stream, including during intermission, lobby, and menu screens. The overlay must identify the stream as advertising and include the paid partnership notice and age restriction at all times. It must remain visible and must not be obscured by other on-screen content. The exact approved wording and format are set out in the Streamer Setup Guide.
6.3 Verbal Re-Disclosure
Streamers must verbally disclose the commercial nature of the stream within the first five minutes of going live and at least once every thirty minutes thereafter. The verbal disclosure must communicate that the stream is a paid partnership, that the games involve virtual currency only with no real money and no real prizes, and that viewers must be 18 or older. Exact wording is not prescribed — the substance must be present and clearly communicated. Verbal re-disclosure does not substitute for the opening disclosure card, persistent overlay, or stream description. All four disclosure elements are required simultaneously.
6.4 Stream description
The stream and any associated VOD must include the following disclosure text in the description, translated into the Streamer’s primary streaming language:
“#Advertisement | This stream is a paid partnership with Funstage GmbH. The streamer may receive rewards for new users who sign up through their referral link. Slotpark and Gaminator are social casino games using virtual currency for entertainment only. No real money is wagered and there are no real cash prizes. For ages 18 and above only. Play responsibly.”
7. Minor Protection
Given the nature of social casino content, Streamers are required to implement the following minor protection measures as a mandatory condition of participation:
7.1 Twitch
- Enable the Mature Content flag on the channel.
- Enable the Branded Content disclosure toggle in Twitch Stream Manager for every qualifying programme stream, confirming the stream contains branded content.
- Apply the Gambling content classification label to every Royal Spinners programme stream.
7.2 YouTube
- Enable the “Made for adults” age restriction setting in YouTube Studio for every Royal Spinners programme stream and associated VOD.
- Enable the Paid Promotion setting (“This video contains a paid promotion”) in YouTube Studio for every qualifying programme stream and VOD.
Failure to implement and maintain these platform settings constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Streamers who fail to apply the required content labels or age restriction settings are in breach regardless of whether any harm to a minor occurs as a result.
8. Programme Conduct and Content Guidelines
Streamers must conduct themselves professionally at all times during streams. The Content Guidelines, incorporated into this Agreement by reference, set out the detailed standards applicable to all programme content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Content Guidelines, these Terms prevail. The Company may request modification or removal of any content that is non-compliant, harmful to the Company’s reputation, or in breach of applicable law. Streamers must comply with any such request promptly. Content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to the Company’s reputation is strictly prohibited. Streamers must not produce content that targets or appeals to minors.
9. Platform-Specific Compliance
Both Twitch and YouTube have specific policies on gambling-related content and reserve the right to demonetise, restrict, or flag content at their discretion, including content that is otherwise fully legally compliant. The following provisions apply to platform-level restrictions:
- Platform-level restrictions, demonetisation, or reach limitations imposed by Twitch or YouTube as a result of a general platform policy change or a decision made by the platform outside the Streamer’s control do not constitute a breach of this Agreement and will not result in reward forfeiture or suspension from the Programme.
- Platform-level restrictions arising directly from a Streamer’s failure to comply with the requirements of this Agreement or the applicable platform’s rules — including failure to apply required content labels or age restriction settings — do constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in reward forfeiture and suspension.
The Company will monitor platform policy developments and will update Programme requirements if either platform materially changes its position on social casino content. Streamers will be notified of any such changes.
10. Audit and Record Keeping
10.1 Onboarding submission
Before going live for the first time under the Programme, each Streamer must submit to the Company:
- A screenshot of their OBS or equivalent streaming software confirming the opening disclosure card and persistent overlay are correctly configured.
- Screenshots of Twitch channel settings confirming the Mature Content flag and Gambling content classification label are active.
- A screenshot of YouTube Studio confirming age restriction is enabled.
- Confirmation that the stream description has been populated with the correct translated disclosure text.
No Streamer may go live under the Programme until all required submissions have been received and logged by the Company.
10.2 Ongoing monitoring
The Company will conduct unannounced spot checks on each active Streamer at least once per calendar quarter. Spot checks will involve joining a live stream to verify the presence of the persistent overlay, correct stream title format, verbal re-disclosure, and compliance with the Content Guidelines. Findings will be recorded in a compliance log maintained by the Company.
10.3 Record retention
All audit records, onboarding submissions, compliance logs, warning letters, suspension notices, and removal decisions will be retained by the Company for a minimum of three years from the date of creation, in accordance with applicable limitation periods under Austrian and German law.
11. GDPR and Data Privacy
The Company will process Streamer personal data — including names, contact details, account information, reward data, and streaming metrics — for the purposes of administering the Programme. The lawful basis for this processing is the performance of this Agreement. Data will be retained for the duration of the Programme and for a period of three years thereafter, following which it will be deleted or anonymised.
Streamers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. For data subject requests or privacy-related queries, Streamers should contact dpo@greentube.com.
If the Company uses referral tracking links, UTM parameters, or any analytics tools that collect data relating to viewers of Streamer content, the Company will ensure such data collection is conducted in compliance with GDPR and applicable national data protection law. A privacy notice covering the Programme is available at Slotpark and Gaminator
12. Confidentiality
Streamers may receive confidential information about unreleased features, promotions, or business matters in connection with the Programme. Streamers must not share, publish, or otherwise disclose confidential information without the Company’s prior written consent. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement.
13. Termination and Programme Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate a Streamer’s participation in the Programme at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or the Content Guidelines. Streamers may withdraw from the Programme at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Upon termination, pending rewards may be forfeited if Programme requirements have not been met at the time of termination. The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Programme in its entirety at any time and without prior notice, including where required by changes in the applicable legal or regulatory framework. Upon notice of suspension or discontinuation, Streamers must immediately cease all Royal Spinners programme activity, including streaming, publishing, and sharing of any programme-related content across all platforms. Streamers acknowledge that they have no guaranteed entitlement to continued participation, future rewards, or compensation of any kind in the event of Programme suspension or discontinuation, whether in whole or in part, for regulatory or any other reasons.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the Programme, including loss of income, loss of reputation, platform demonetisation, reach restrictions, or technical issues. The Company is not responsible for any in-platform purchases made by Streamers using their own funds. Streamers who choose to make purchases within Slotpark or Gaminator do so entirely at their own discretion and are not entitled to any compensation, reimbursement, or refund from the Company in respect of such purchases. Streamers participate in the Programme at their own risk.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria. Nothing in this clause limits any rights Streamers may have under applicable mandatory law Where mandatory consumer protection provisions apply under the laws of a Streamer’s country of residence — including German, Hungarian, or Czech mandatory law — and cannot be excluded by agreement, those provisions shall apply in addition to these Terms.
16. Amendments
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Streamers will be notified of material changes. Continued participation in the Programme following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The Content Guidelines may be updated by the Company from time to time without requiring a formal amendment to these Terms. Updated Content Guidelines will be communicated to Streamers by email or through the Programme portal. Continued participation following notification of updated Content Guidelines constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Content Guidelines as updated from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings relating to the Programme. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Content Guidelines, these Terms prevail.
Acknowledgment and Signature
By signing below, the Streamer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Content Guidelines incorporated by reference.
